fenton walsh opened in 2005 by claire walsh and maria fenton. both had worked in the fashion industry since school and wanted to open their own shop stocking products that they loved and knew others would love to.
miss walsh sadly emigrated to ireland in 2010 leaving miss fenton at the helm with her fabulous team - alex (super stylish fashion boy) and natasha (perfectly petite style advisor).
the shop, one of the first to discover the trendy regenerated area of peckham is a favourite with all locals and like minded fashion lovers who do not mind travelling to seek out the shop for their professional help and advice. in fact the shop is a find for anyone who ventures upon it and is often featured in local magazines and national press.
there is an abundance of creative talent in the area and the shop combines designer labels with new, up and coming labels as well as finding amazing vintage pieces carefully sourced to add to our collections. some of the vintage pieces we have sourced have included YSL rive gauche, stella mccartney, helmut lang, mcqueen and marni. we also continuously search for hidden talents amongst the treasure troves of the fashion industry.
we pride ourselves on stocking unique and innovative designs from around the world. the shop offers a selection of both mens and womens wear in a fashionable and friendly atmosphere.
as well as clothing, the boutique offers a range of accessories including handbags, sunglasses, wallets, purses, shoes and jewellery. with more additions every season. the collection is updated every week so there’s always something new to tempt!
