in order to take your payment, we will transfer you to our wonderful credit card processing service provided by paypal.
payments can be made securely online using all debit and credit cards.
please note that we do not store customers credit card details within our database.
united kingdom delivery times and postage costs:
all deliveries are sent by royal mail tracked delivery and usually turn up the next day if your order is received by 2:00pm. any orders received after 2:00pm will usually be delivered within two working days. all this for the small cost of £6 for one item and an extra £2 for each additional item.
international delivery times and postage costs:
for international deliveries we use royal mail tracked delivery costing £18 for one item and an extra £8 for each additional item.
if you wish to track your parcel please contact us and we will check on the status of your delivery. free postage only applies to original orders, not exchanges.
returns policy:
we are happy to offer a full refund or exchange on any item you are not satisfied with within 14 days of receipt. we will only accept items in their original sellable condition, with all tags attached.
to return an item please email us at info@fentonwalsh.com to request an authorisation number and returns form.
please return the unwanted item, unworn and in it's original packaging with all tags attached. sent together with your completed returns form and original receipt. items should be sent by insured tracked post and securely packaged. we strongly recommend that you obtain proof of postage as we will not accept responsibility for goods lost of damaged during delivery.
after receiving the goods in an as-sold condition, we will refund your credit or debit card excluding your original shipping costs as soon as possible. A replacement of your faulty goods will be posted free of charge, although this does not apply to exchanges.
